Welcome to the Ayle of Quinte Skiff Club.

 

We row the St. Ayles Skiff as a way of keeping fit, having fun, and participating in the sport of coastal rowing.

 

The St. Ayles is designed by renowned small boat designer Iain Oughtred.  Based on the Fair Isle Skiff, the design is a modern interpretation of a traditional boat for Northern waters.  Our club built it's first skiff in the winter of 2012/13 followed two years later by a second one.  In 2016 we were donated a third boat.

 

If you would like to try out Coastal Rowing for yourself you will be very welcome at one of our regular weekday or weekend sessions.
